Code Compile was founded by Ajay Suneja in 2025 who is currently working as a Software Engineer with Adidas. He started his journey with a very low package of 3.2 LPA but with his hardwork and dedication he was able to achieve a lot of things. In his journey he faced a lot of challenges so in order to simplify the things he has made this platform so that everyone can learn programming. He has been providing his guidance and mentorship to people from the past 9 years on Youtube and his channel has gained a traction of 80M+ views and now he is trying to extend his mentorship to his peoples through Code Compile by sharing his knowledge through his courses.

Ajay Suneja has 8+ years of experience in the IT Industry. He is currently working as a Frontend Developer at Adidas. He started his career with a very low salary of 3.2 LPA at a renowned MNC known by the name Coforge. But with his dedication and hardwork he got an opportunity to work at big brands like NIIT Technologies, ITC Infotech, Paytm and Adidas.
Beside his day to day job he also runs a Youtube channel with 600K+ subscribers where he shares content around Tips for Software Engineering, Core Web Development, BlockChain and Motivation and much more.
He feels knowledge should be shared with more and more people so that everybody’s basic needs can be fulfilled. He also has 80k+ followers on Linkedin where he shares content around tips for coding, salary negotiation tips, personal experiences , motivation and much more.
